  • We deliver worldwide and we send all our orders with PostNord or DHL and their partners.
  • With our standard shipping we can’t provide full tracking on international orders. This service is only possible with express shipping and standard with tracking.
  • Your order will be delivered directly to given delivery address or to the closest pick up location.
  • The delivery time can vary depending on flight connections and customs clearance.
  • Please contact us at: if you haven’t received your order within 20 working days from order confirmation.

  • Standard: 6 – 8 business days
  • Standard with tracking: 4 – 6 business days
  • DHL Express: 2 business days

Delivery time – Worldwide

  • Standard: 8 – 15 business days
  • Standard with tracking: 6 – 12 business days
  • DHL Express: 3 – 5 business days

Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. We can’t accept returns or make refunds on custom made collars, leads or name tags.
