  • We deliver worldwide and we send our orders with PostNord or UPS and their partners.

  • With our Standard Shipping without tracking we can't provide any tracking on International orders. This service is only availble with Super, Express or Standard Shipping with tracking.

  • Your order will be delivered directly to stated delivery address or to closest pick up point.

  • The delivery time can vary depending on flight connections and customs clearance.

  • Please contact us at: if you haven't received your order within 20 days from order confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping: 4 - 7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2 - 4 business days

  • Super Shipping: 1 - 2 business days

Approximate delivery time - Worldwide

  • Standard Shipping: 7 - 20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 4 - 5 business days

  • Super Shipping: 2 - 3 business days


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We don't accept returns or make refunds on customised products or engraved name tags.

Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
