Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping.
How do I make a return of a product?
For changes or returns please fill in our returns form that you find here och send it together with your product.
Do you provide free shipping and free returns?
We offer free shipping on orders over 90 EUR but no free returns. Take your time to read our size- and measurement guide to find the right size.
How much is the shipping?
- Domestic shipping (Sweden) is 3 EUR
- Shipping abroad is 4 EUR
- Express shipping abroad is 13 EUR
For orders over 90 EUR we offer free shipping both domestic and worldwide.
Do you offer open purchase?
Yes we provide open purchase in 14 days on all our products except custom made orders for example, engraved name tags, custom made leads or collars with hardware/rivets that’s been customized. The products has to be unused and in same condition as when delivered.
How long is the delivery time for domestic shipping and worldwide shipping?
All orders are mostly sent the same day as you order or latest the day after. Postnord should guarantee a delivery time on 1-2 days for domestic orders.
For orders worldwide the delivery time is varying a lot from country to country and also due to different countries custom clearance that effecting the delivery time

Note. This is just the delivery time to the country boarder. Every country has their own custom clearance and delivery to mailbox.
Can I cancel an order as once it has been placed?
Yes, but please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order and we will make every effort to cancel it for you. In some cases we may not be able to cancel your order since we ship so quickly. In these situations we may need to process a return once your order has been delivered.
What material do you use for your collars and leads?
We use both real leather and vegan leather. Our vegan leather products is marked with a special symbol at our category landing pages.
