  • With our standard shipping we can't provide full tracking on international orders. This service is only possible with super, express or priority shipping.

  • Your order will be delivered directly to stated delivery address or to closest pick up point.

  • The delivery time can vary depending on flight connections and customs clearance.

  • Please contact us at: if you haven't received your order within 20 working days from order confirmation.

Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. We don't accept returns or make refunds on customised products or engraved name tags.
