What size on collar should I choose for my dog?

Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping.

Can I track my order?
Yes this is possible for the following shipping options: Shipping with tracking, Express shipping & Super shipping.
Check your inbox for tracking information, follow the link in the email or type the tracking number at your national postal service website. For Express and Super shipping check the tracking at UPS website.

How do I make a return of a product?
For changes or returns please fill in our returns form that you find here och send it together with your product. Or just add a note with your name or order number together with your return.

Do you provide free shipping and free returns?
We offer free Standard Shipping on orders above a certain amount, see info below when free shipping is applied in your region. We don't offer free returns.

  • Free shipping on Swedish orders above 500 SEK
  • Free shipping on European orders above 90 EUR
  • Free shipping on International orders above 150 USD

How much is the shipping?
You can see all our shipping options and rates in the checkout.

Do you offer right of withdrawal?
Yes we provide right of withdrawal in 14 days on all our products except custom made orders for example, engraved name tags, custom made leads or collars with hardware/rivets that has been customised. The products has to be unused and in same condition as when delivered and in original packaging.

How long is the delivery time for domestic shipping and worldwide shipping?
All orders are mostly sent the same day as you order or latest the day after. Postnord should guarantee a delivery time on 2-3 days for domestic orders.
For orders worldwide the delivery time is varying a lot from country to country and also due to different countries custom clearance that could affect the delivery time.

Examples of delivery time for Standard Shipping:

  • Sweden 2-3 business days

  • Denmark 3-5 business days

  • Germany 4-7 business days

  • Spain 5-8 business days

  • Singapore 7-10 business days

  • USA 8-12 business days

  • Australia 12-20 business days

  • Japan 7-10 business days

  • Mexico 14-20 business days

Note. This is just the delivery time to the country boarder. Every country has their own custom clearance and delivery to mailbox.

Can I cancel an order as once it has been placed?
Yes, but please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order and we will make every effort to cancel it for you. In some cases we may not be able to cancel your order since we ship so quickly. In these situations we may need to process a return once your order has been delivered.

When will I get my refund?
The refund of a valid return will be issued within 7 days from receiving the order. Please note that we don’t refund any shipping fees.

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

What material do you use for your collars and leads?
We use both real leather and vegan leather. Our vegan leather products is marked with a special symbol on the product page.
