Wir produzieren kleine Chargen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir nur das produzieren, was unsere Kunden nachfragen, und vermeiden Überproduktion.
Wir verwenden auch Stoffreste so weit wie möglich wieder, zum Beispiel zur Herstellung von Accessoires. Diese Maßnahme verringert die Menge an Stoffabfällen.
Das Leder, das wir verwenden, ist ein ungiftiges Leder und wird aus Europa pflanzlich gegerbt.
Transport & Verpackung
Wir bemühen uns immer, die umweltfreundlichsten Transportmittel zu finden, daher wechseln wir zwischen dem Versand auf dem Seeweg und der Bahn. Nur in seltenen Fällen und in sehr kleinen Mengen verwenden wir Luftfracht.
Bei der Verpackung haben wir den Einsatz von Plastiktüten reduziert und für die Produkte, die immer noch einzeln in Plastik verpackt sind, verwenden wir recyceltes Plastik.
Unsere Verpackungskartons sind FSC-zertifiziert und bestehen zu 100% aus recyclingfähigem Papier, hergestellt in Europa. Die Staubbeutel, die wir verwenden, bestehen zu 100% aus Bio-Baumwolle. Sie eignen sich hervorragend zur Aufbewahrung unserer Halsbänder oder als Leckerlibeutel.
Wir verwenden auch die "richtige" Größe bei Kartons für das Volumen der Bestellung, was bedeutet, dass wir niemals unnötiges Füllmaterial oder halbleere Kartons versenden.
Wiederverwendung & Reparatur
Unser Ziel ist es, trendige und einzigartige Hundezubehör zu einem vernünftigen Preis herzustellen. Aber wir wissen, dass Halsbänder und Leinen, die häufig verwendet werden, nach einer gewissen Zeit abgenutzt sein können. Daher empfehlen wir allen unseren Kunden dringend, unsere Pflegehinweise zu lesen und die Produkte gut zu pflegen, damit sie länger halten. Alle unsere Halsbänder und Leinen können leicht repariert werden, indem neue Hardware und/oder Nieten ersetzt werden. Schauen Sie also entweder bei Ihrem örtlichen Schuhmacher oder Lederreparaturgeschäft vorbei oder kontaktieren Sie uns unter contact@collarofsweden.com für Unterstützung.

If you would like to cancel your order please reach out to us ASAP and we will make every effort to cancel it for you. If your order has already been sent out we are not able to cancel it. In this case you need to process a return once your order has been delivered.

All orders are mostly sent within 48h. For international orders the shipping time varies depending on the region. Customs clearance may also affect the delivery time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link and a tracking number once we started processing your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The refund of a approved return will be issued within 3-5 days from receiving the return back to us. Please note that we don't refund shipping fees.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
