Extended Holiday Return Window
We want you to enjoy a calm and stress-free shopping experience – even during the busy holiday season. That’s why we’re offering an extended return period for all purchases made between 1st of December and 31st of December.
This gives you plenty of time to try, feel, and make sure your purchase is just right. All orders placed during this period can be returned until 20th of January 2026, so you can shop for gifts and plan ahead with confidence.
We hope this extended return period gives you peace of mind and flexibility – especially during the busiest time of the year. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
We don't accept returns on the following items;
- Engraved name tags
- Collars & leads with customised hardware
- Archive sale items
- Gift cards

Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges; instead, we refund unused products that are returned in their original packaging. This means that if you want a new product, you will need to place a new order. We will credit your returned order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
