Returns & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We don't accept returns on the following items;
- Engraved name tags
- Collars & leads with customised hardware
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges; instead, we refund unused products that are returned in their original packaging. This means that if you want a new product, you will need to place a new order. We will credit your returned order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

We offer free Standard Shipping on orders above a certain amount, see info below when free shipping is applied in your region. We don't offer free returns.

- Free shipping on European orders above 100 EUR
- Free shipping on International orders above 150 USD

Yes we provide right of withdrawal in 14 days on all our products except custom made orders for example, engraved name tags, custom made leads or collars with hardware/rivets that has been customised. The products has to be unused and in same condition as when delivered and in original packaging.

All orders are mostly sent the same day as you order or latest the day after. PostNord should guarantee a delivery time on 2-3 days for domestic orders.
For orders worldwide the delivery time is varying a lot from country to country and also due to different countries custom clearance that could affect the delivery time.Examples of delivery time for Standard Shipping:
- Sweden 2-3 business days
- Denmark 3-5 business days
- Germany 4-7 business days
- Spain 5-8 business days
- Singapore 7-10 business days
- USA 8-12 business days
- Australia 12-20 business days
- Japan 7-10 business days
- Mexico 14-20 business days
Note. This is just the delivery time to the country boarder. Every country has their own custom clearance and delivery to mailbox.

Yes, but please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order and we will make every effort to cancel it for you. In some cases we may not be able to cancel your order since we ship so quickly. In these situations we may need to process a return once your order has been delivered.

The refund of a valid return will be issued within 7 days from receiving the order. Please note that we don’t refund any shipping fees.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

We use both real leather and vegan leather. Our vegan leather products is marked with a special symbol on the product page.
