Abbiamo una politica di restituzione di 14 giorni, il che significa che hai 14 giorni dopo aver ricevuto il tuo ordine per richiedere un reso. Per essere idoneo a un reso, il tuo articolo deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'hai ricevuto, non indossato o inutilizzato, con le etichette e nella confezione originale.
Eccezioni / articoli non restituibili
Non accettiamo resi per i seguenti articoli:
- Etichette con nome inciso
- Collari e guinzagli con hardware personalizzato
- Articoli in saldo
- Buoni regalo

Cambi
Non offriamo cambi; invece, rimborsiamo i prodotti non utilizzati che vengono restituiti nella confezione originale. Ciò significa che se desideri un nuovo prodotto, dovrai effettuare un nuovo ordine. Accrediteremo il tuo ordine restituito.
Rimborsi
Ti informeremo una volta ricevuto e ispezionato il tuo reso e ti faremo sapere se il rimborso è stato approvato o meno. Se approvato, riceverai automaticamente il rimborso sul metodo di pagamento originale entro 10 giorni lavorativi. Ricorda che potrebbe volerci un po' di tempo affinché la tua banca o la società della tua carta di credito elabori e registri il rimborso.

Istruzioni per il reso: Aggiungi una nota con il numero dell'ordine o il nome all'interno del pacco e segna il pacco come RETURNED GOODS.

Nota che le tasse di importazione, le spese doganali e i costi di spedizione non saranno rimborsati, anche in caso di reso parziale. Non accettiamo resi inviati in contrassegno (COD) o con altre opzioni di spedizione che possano comportare costi aggiuntivi per noi. Il mittente è responsabile per eventuali perdite o danni agli articoli durante la spedizione.

If you would like to cancel your order please reach out to us ASAP and we will make every effort to cancel it for you. If your order has already been sent out we are not able to cancel it. In this case you need to process a return once your order has been delivered.

All orders are mostly sent within 48h. For international orders the shipping time varies depending on the region. Customs clearance may also affect the delivery time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link and a tracking number once we started processing your order.
Please copy your tracking number starting with either UU or RR and track it on your national post service website. For UPS shipments starting with 1Z check your tracking at www.ups.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The refund of a approved return will be issued within 3-5 days from receiving the return back to us. Please note that we don't refund shipping fees.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
