If you would like to cancel your order please reach out to us ASAP and we will make every effort to cancel it for you. If your order has already been sent out we are not able to cancel it. In this case you need to process a return once your order has been delivered.

We send all orders within 0-2 business days from received payment.

You are also able to see all available shipping options and estimated delivery time in your checkout.
Please note that the estimated delivery time frame is only an approximation, as the shipping is carried out by third-party companies and cannot be guaranteed by us. Customs clearance may also affect the delivery time.
Please contact us if you haven't received your order within 10 days from received order confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link and a tracking number once we start processing your order.
Please copy your tracking number starting with either UU or RR and track it on your national post service website. For UPS shipments starting with 1Z check your tracking at www.ups.com

Please keep in mind that if you fail to collect your order, an additional admin fee of 20€ will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged to cover return shipping, packaging, and handling costs.
If instead you wish to have your order resent, a new shipping fee will have to be paid by you. Contact our customer service to have this arranged.

We are registered for VOEC in Norway and no VAT is added for orders below 3000 NOK.
We are also VAT registred in UK and no VAT is added for orders below 135£.
RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for;
- Engraved name tags
- Collars & leads with customised hardware
- Archive sale items
- Gift cards

We do not offer exchanges; instead, we refund unused products that are returned in their original packaging. This means that if you want a new product, you will need to place a new order. We will credit your returned order once we receive it.

The refund of an approved return will be issued within 3-5 days from receiving the return back to us. Please note that we don't refund shipping fees.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. For a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
When your return request is approved by us, further instructions will be sent to your email. We do not automatically send out a return label to countries outside Sweden. The customer is responsible for arranging their own return shipping.
If you'd like us to provide you with a return label for a fee, please contact us.
We have a fixed return cost stated as below:
EU/UK/NO = 15 EUR
Worldwide = 25 USDSweden: 50 SEK - Shipping label is automatically sent out when return request is approved.
Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
