Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer free returns. For a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If you'd like us to provide you with a return label for a fee, please contact us.

We don't accept returns on the following items;

  • Engraved name tags
  • Collars & leads with customised hardware
  • Archive sale items
  • Gift cards

Step 2.

We will review your return request and notify you if it's been approved or denied. When approved, an email will be sent to you with further instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note that import taxes, customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded, even if its a partial return. We do not accept returns sent by COD (Cash on Delivery) or any other shipping options that may add additional fees for us. The sender is responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges; instead, we refund unused products that are returned in their original packaging. This means that if you want a new product, you will need to place a new order. We will credit your returned order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
